Return To Running Weekly Challenge

The Essington Harriers have started doing a series of weekly challenges to help get our club members ready for the Return To Running.

We’ve been busy trying to keep active each week through lockdown 3 but by the end of January, Mojo levels were gettin low, so we’re challenging our members to complete a series of week long challenges to get that Mojo back.

First up was the 30 Minute Challenge x3 – Running a minimum of 30 minutes three times in the first week to get our members out the door and moving. There was no distance set so runners could take it at whatever pace they wanted. The only requirement other than the 30 minutes, was to take a selfie (this may have proved to be the most difficult part for some!)

To complete the challenge, you need to share with us the photo of you before, during or after your run and a screenshot of your tracker data or stopwatch.
