Woods, Obstacles, Lakes and Fields

Set in the grounds of the striking Stanford Hall estate, Leicestershire, wild springs and dense woodland make this course both beautiful and challenging. Intricate trails, lakes and streams are combined with impressive man made structures to provide you with a tough full body work out.

The infamous Mud Sucker obstacle is the highlight for many Wolf Runners… drawing out the pack support mentality in all.

The pack was Chris Bate, Katie Townsley, Lisa Hickman, Sarah Blackshaw, Lucy George and Robin Tinsley. Unfortunately on the day, Chris could not make it so Kate, Lucy, Lisa, Sarah and Robin went and got stuck in (literally) to the 10km event, taking 02:32:12 to complete the course (01:19:12 moving time)

With torrential rain on the way to the event, we knew this was going to be extra muddy, and it was. Great effort from all of the team working together on the way around made this a superb event.
