Week 30 & 31 -🔥

I think my week numbers have gone a bit ary, but lets re-sync with weeks 30 & 30, that’s week beginning 25th July and week beginning 1st August.

Still not many races happening at the moment but there is plenty of Parkrun action, including a few Parkrun PBs.

Also, a big shoutout to Liz Gardner who ran her first 10km in Shrewsbury over the weekend, and to all out Harriers out running on club nights 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️💨🦅
