What are #RunAndTalk Mental Health Champions?
- • Act as an appropriate person on behalf of the club to promote #RunAndTalk campaigns during Time to Talk Day and World Mental Health Day.
• Be a point of contact in order to signpost useful mental health and wellbeing information.
• Encourage and promote conversations about mental health.
• Actively promote the benefits of mental wellbeing and running.
- • Diagnose people, offer medical or clinical advice or interventions
• Provide therapy or psychological support such as counselling, group therapy sessions.
• Solve everyone’s problems for them.
