What are #RunAndTalk Mental Health Champions?

  • β€’ Act as an appropriate person on behalf of the club to promote #RunAndTalk campaigns during Time to Talk Day and World Mental Health Day.
    β€’ Be a point of contact in order to signpost useful mental health and wellbeing information.
    β€’ Encourage and promote conversations about mental health.
    β€’ Actively promote the benefits of mental wellbeing and running.
  • β€’ Diagnose people, offer medical or clinical advice or interventions
    β€’ Provide therapy or psychological support such as counselling, group therapy sessions.
    β€’ Solve everyone’s problems for them.
