Did you make a New Year Resolution to be fitter in 2023 and to get into running?
Join the Essington Harriers Running Club and we can help you on your journey from 0km – 5km on our 10 week Couch To Awesomeness course.
Our course will teach you how to warm up and prepare to run, followed by a progression of running/walking distances once a week with a club run, and once a week with a homework run.
You’ll be fully integrated into the club and will get to run with many of our run group leaders so you can get different hints and tips and running techniques.
The details of each nights run will be posted on our members only website so even if you miss a run night, you can catch up in your own time.
And don’t worry about being the slowest or getting left, our club philosophy is that no-one is ever left behind.
