The Essington Harriers are beginning a series of weekly challenges to help get our club members ready for the Return To Running
We’ve been busy trying to keep active each week through lockdown 3 but by the end of January, Mojo levels were gettin low, so we’re challenging our members to complete a series of week long challenges to get that Mojo back.
First up is the 30 Minute Challenge x3
Run for 30 minutes, any distance you can manage, three times this week.
To complete the challenge, you need to share with us a photo of you before, during or after your run and a screenshot of your tracker data or stopwatch.
