What has been your favourite race or racing memory so far?
The 10k Spitfire Run and Run Fest 2019
What are your pre-race rituals?
Get out the door quick before I change my mind
What are you pre & post race snacks?
What advice would you give a new runner?
Invest in some decent running shoes, listen to your body and be prepared to battle the inner voice that tells you that you can’t do it because you can!!
What’s your proudest running achievement?
Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon
What future race ambitions do you have?
To complete a few more half marathons and maybe a full marathon at some point.
What are your favourite running shoes?
What running kit do you use?
Knee supports and chewing gum! I feel like I can’t run without either.
What one thing should people know about you?
I started running in 2017.
I joined CT5K and my aim was to be able to run 5k without stopping and once I’d done it I would tick it off my list and never think about it again. I dragged along my husband and in-laws and the addiction was born! 5k became 10k, 10k became 10 mile and 10 mile became a half marathon.
