Week 30 & 31 -π₯
Weeks 30&31 (or 31&32, or 29&30) have seen a few parkrun PB’s and some Parkrun tourism from the Essington Harriers.
Week 29 & 30
It’s a double week update this week but not much running to report on. Parkruns and Compton Verney Half Marathon from Dave and Gary who are in full on Marathon training.
Week 28
‘bit ‘ot! – This week saw some Parkrun Tourism, Tunnels and a seaside scorcher.

Week 26 – Long Running π πββοΈπ¨
Some amazing running put in over the past week, with hot club runs to contend with, a Parkrun birthday and some long miles on Sunday. Great work by the Essington Harriers all ’round.
Week 24 – The 10km’s
This week the Essington Harriers found themselves taking part in a number of 10km challenges. There were castles, hills and beer on offer, along with some Parkrunning.
Week 21 – Worcester & Belgium Marathons
We had Harriers on Parkrun tourism, Running half and full marathons and news about a free once-a-month 10k in Bridgnorth!
Stafford Half Marathon
March saw the ever popular Stafford Half Marathon with a good turnout of Essington Harriers putting in some amazing efforts over the 21.1km
Wolverhampton 10k
The very first Runthrough Wolves10k took place on 27th March 2022 and the Essington Harriers were there in force!
