The Essington Harriers were out running at RAF Cosford’s Spitfire 10km Race on Sunday, it’s a popular, local race and for good reasons; it’s about as flat as a 10km race can be, it’s fast and the bling some of the best for any race ever.
This year lived up to expectations, and 19 Harriers took part with a number of them getting 10km PB’s 💪🦅
