Some amazing running put in over the past week, with hot club runs to contend with, a Parkrun birthday and some long miles on Sunday. Great work by the Essington Harriers all ’round.
Parkrun
It was Chasewater Parkrun’s 3rd birthday at the weekend (https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=987487845273718) with a fancy dress theme and Young At Heart Children’s Charity there to start the event. Lichfield Running Club were taking over the marshaling roles for the day, thank you guys.
Also this week we had some tourism to Penthyn Castle which looks simply amazing, that’s going out the T&T’s for next year!
